Avalon Acres Farm’s Farm Fresh at Work program brings fresh, healthy, delicious locally grown produce, eggs and meat to employees at their jobs.  Your employees can sign up to receive a weekly box of farm-fresh food delivered direct to your workplace through our CSA program. CSA boxes contain a variety of fresh, healthy locally grown fruits, vegetables and herbs.  Free-range meats, eggs and Amish homemade baked and canned goods are also available.  All you need to do is to provide a location for us to deliver the boxes.

It’s easy to host a Farm Fresh at Work program with Avalon Acres.  Our team handles all the logistics and invoicing, ordering and delivering. Deliveries are made at the same time each week.  Boxes are neatly stacked and it’s our goal to be unobtrusive and to be in and out of your business within a matter of minutes.

How to Bring Avalon Acres Farm Fresh at Work Program to your Workplace

1.   Promote the program by distributing our flyers and/or brochures.  We have attractive, informative marketing materials that can go in an employee newsletter, email, distributed with paychecks, or simply be put up as flyers in break rooms.

2.  Provide a location (space) for us to deliver the boxes to and pick up the previous weeks boxes.

3.  Have one person designated as a central point for members to turn their payment in to. It’s our responsibility to inform members what they owe and to follow up if a payment is missed.  This person will be our Corporate Coordinator and should be available to meet with us during our delivery to hand us an envelope with the payments in it.  We provide a very special gift to those who fill this position.

4.  We need a minimum of 10 people to signup. (Only 5 people required for Winter)
